Trever Talbert Ligne Britagne Grade 3 #21724-2750

$230.00

We introduce Trever on this site with a handsome and handsomely grained pipe, with clever little carving touches that enhance an extremely comfortable and popular standard shape. We can start with the great cross grain and Bird’s Eye. Also particularly appealing is that very slight curve of the stem. “Precious” one might well say. The shape of the bowl, too. I’m not certain if it’s canted or not, but the hint of the Egg shape does the overall look a lot of good. Of course, the draw is wide-open.
The stem is ebonite (or vulcanite…not much to pick between them and impossible for me to detect the visual difference) and the size, using the Dunhill template, is that of a Grp. 4, albeit a small one, I’d say. New.
5.2” long, bowl 1.85” tall. Weight: 1 oz., 29 grams.
