Trever Talbert Ligne Bretagne Grade 2 #1110-2768 *SOLD 1/26/24*

$205.00

I think Trever undervalues the worth of the pipes he produces. His lowest grade, hand rusticated pieces, rank as Grade 1. OK. But then, a beautifully blasted fellow such as this is only a Grade 2, and costs no more than a Grade 1. Where I live (i.e., in my mind) this pipe, and others of its ilk, deserve a higher designation, or at least a higher price. Well, I’m not the one authorized to raise his prices, so I guess you’re the beneficiary. This little gem is small, a Grp. 3. The way Trever has worked the ebonite stem gives it the appearance of a subtle, almost subliminal, curve. The draw is wide-open and to repeat myself, the blast is full of character. One of my regular customers says he has a bunch of Talbert pipes and they smoke great. I hope to get Trever to make me one and I’ll know about that first hand. New.
6” long, bowl 1.6” tall. Weight: .75 oz., 21 grams.
