Although this one doesn’t appear to be graded as I can not find the number that designates it’s status, I’ll guess that it’s a 5, based on the amount of straight grain it exhibits. This pipe was clearly loved, and was smoked regularly, but very carefully maintained. The rim is clean, and while I’m guessing the stem is a vulcanite replacement (there is no provision for a balsa filter or a trace of the Autograph logo) it is free of marks and the draw is wide-open. The nomenclature is all visible, but it is seriously buffed down. Grp. 6 size. Used.
