Peterson's "Sterling Silver" #112123-5772 *RESERVED 11/29/23 DG*

$75.00

A silver band can be put on any pipe and have it named “Sterling Silver” so as to boost its potential selling price. This one might deserve the designation. Both cross grain and Bird’s Eye rate commendation. It is also an XL, meaning large…Grp. 6 in size. To those out there who are (legitimately…in my opinion, although I can see the other side of the discussion, as well) concerned about fills, I did, with my lens, see one small spot that appears to be a fill. It’s innocuous, so if the rest of the pipe is appealing, don’t let it deter you from filling my coffers. Also, and also commendable, the draw on this P-lip is good and open. Further kudos have to go to the excellent condition of the pipe…rim, stem, nomenclature, everything. Used.
5.5” long, bowl 1.8” tall. Weight: 2.5 oz., 70 grams.
