If I have seen a Peterson with the designation ‘straight grain’ I can’t recall when that was. Not recently, that’s for sure. The pipe lives up to its name, with tight grain on both sides of the bowl, although it does fall off a little at the front. Nor are any flaws visible under that natural stain. The size is Grp. 5, or maybe even 6, and it is in excellent condition, or even near new. The draw is open. Used.
