Charatan Belvedere #615-2244 (SOLD)

$95.00

This pipe is a true throwback to the old English gems of the past. Although it has the Lane “L” on it, the size and stain color and mostly the stem button give it away as a 1950s piece. I say size, and yes, it is short, but the bowl is an easy Grp. 4, so don’t worry about size. The condition is near-new; you will see that the chamber isn’t yet broken in. Even the logo looks brand new. In fact, if I were a suspicious, I’d say some genius created this yesterday to duplicate an old Charatan. For what it’s worth, the best smoking Charatan I’ve ever had was a Belvedere, but we know that’s just a matter of luck. The worst smoking Charatan was a gorgeous straight grain Selected Prince, one of my favorite shapes. You never know. Used.
4.95” long, bowl 1.7” tall. Weight: 1 oz., 28 grams.
