The lighter needs work…the ignition mechanism is partly frozen. These lighters, like Zippos, are not complicated, but my old lighter repairman is retired, so if you want this item, you’ll have to do the repair yourself, hence the low price. The case works fine, including the springs on the two arms. This is an early enough piece so that the cigarette case was made for the short, non-filter cigarettes, like the old Camels and Lucky Strikes. The letter “J” is imprinted on the front of the case.
