Is this a philosopher, a composer or perhaps a military man, like Robt. E. Lee? The nose matches, but the beard’s long, I would say and the hair isn’t right. Maybe Dickens? This is a large Meerschaum…bigger than a group 7, and although the chamber looks small due to it’s surroundings, I can squeeze my thumb into it without much trouble. The draw is open and the pipe is new. It does, of course, come in a form-fitted CAO case.
