Radice Silk Cut "Collect" #21724-6786 *SOLD 4/26/24 RN*

$245.00

How large is this bowl? It is well over 3.5” across the top. And then dig the blast pattern…ring grain top to bottom and all around and entirely consistent…no drop off at all. Obviously, not something you can hang from your mouth, but a real treat to look at and hold in your hand. The nomenclature also says “Italy 35” and I don’t know what that means, but perhaps it refers to 35 years in the business as Radice pipes. Luigi Radice, along with Ascorti, of course, has been making pipes for far longer than that. The condition here is excellent. The vulcanite stem is brindle and the draw is wide-open. I used a Grp. 4 Dunhill in one pic to give some sense of the bowl size of the Radice. Used.
7” long, bowl 2.6” tall. Weight: 4 3/8 oz., 124 grams.
