Check out the straight grain on both sides of the bowl. It’s a large bowl, too, with a chamber that looks small because the walls are so thick (over 1/2” at the thinnest part). Yes, I can get my thumb to fit easily into that chamber. The pipe is unsmoked, so the condition is moot. The draw is wide-open and the stem is acrylic. Calling it a Grp. 7 in size is good enough…it’s at least that large. It is unfortunate that the quality of the sculpting/carving doesn’t come through on a two dimensional photograph. New.
