Northern Briar Rouge #32124-7214 *SOLD 3/29/24 FH*

$95.00

Ian Walker does such a good job with his hand rustications that I could easily be talked into believing the pipes are sandblasted if I didn’t know he doesn’t have a blaster on his ship/home/workshop. To that end, the pipe was photographed as though it was blasted, showing both sides of the bowl and even the front. This is typically not necessary with a rusticated pipe because all parts of the bowl are of the same pattern. Not here. Ian seems to rusticate with the grain. Is this red stain something new? Regardless, it’s a pipe in excellent condition, with no wear or teeth marks, an acrylic stem and a wide-open draw. He has a “3” in a circle stamped on the shank, which may, or may not, refer to the size of the pipe, but for our sake, let’s call it a small Grp. 6 based on what the Dunhill size template indicates. The band says “silver” so I believe it.
5.9” long, bowl 2” tall. Weight: 2 oz., 42 grams.
