Of very limited stock (these may be the only two he made, although I can’t recall for sure) these seem to mimic the Dunhill model, with at least equal if not greater quality. I can’t imagine the price on the Dunhill pouches, if they even still make them. The leather here is solid, sturdy and of top quality. We acquired these pouches when acting as Bertram’s exclusive U.S. importer/distributor. If you know of Bertram’s work, you know that he was an expert craftsman in many areas and pretty much eschewed machines in favor of close handwork. The colors available are Black and English Tan. Each can hold 4 very large pipes or 8 normal sized pipes, plus a full complement of pipe cleaners. Each is new, of course and exhibited here for the first time. They were made to sell @ $400 each, but are being offered at just $250 per. If you bring your pipes to pipe shows, or travel with them, this would be just right for you. Because the open so wide, I’ll just list the closed dimensions.
