Bonfiglioli #327-11247

$95.00

It’s a Bonfiglioli, in near new condition, so it’s big and bulky. That’s pretty much a given. In question is only the message imparted by the metal band. I think, given the shape of the Basilica and the tall tower depicted, that it’s intended as an outline of Alberto’s beloved Bologna. I’d like to go back there, too. Is this pipe a Grp. 6 or a 7? I don’t know, but you better like large bowls if you intend to buy and smoke it. BTW, the nomenclature included the outline of a Penny Farthing bicycle. I’ve no idea what it means and I’m rather certain that I’ve not seen it on other Bonfiglioli pipe. Was that bike invented in Bologna?
5.2” long, bowl 2.1” tall. Weight: 3 oz., 83 grams.
