A somewhat older Joura, meaning it was made before the proliferation of big money, and inflated grading took hold. By later standards, this was under-graded, to your benefit. See the thin, tight straight grain around the bowl. The condition is excellent and the size is a big Grp. 6. The pipe easily passes the cleaner test. It also has the stamp telling you where the briar was sourced from, but I can never tell the Corsican stamp from the Sardinian.
