As you can see from the title (“4 Dot” vs the older “Four Dot”) this is not a family-era pipe. Still, it is a good pipe and in very good condition. There is a hint of tooth chatter on the vulcanite stem and some carbon residue on the inner rim, but no wear. I’d call it a Grp. 4, although it might technically qualify as a 5. Construction is good, and with a little twisting, no crimping necessary, it passes the cleaner test. Lots of good Bird’s Eye, too.
