Mountbatten is/was a Charatan second and so yes, it does have one little fill, although I can’t find it now so it’s pretty well disguised. But it is old Charatan briar and it is unsmoked. thus, the condition is ‘new’ although we both know it’s really old. (1960s, would be my guess, based on the stem button.). Also, it’s a true Pot, with the bowl diameter greater than the bowl height.
