The shank alone is 4.5” long. The stem does not have the GBD brass logo, but it is a rather old vulcanite stem. Who knows, maybe it is the original stem. The button is round enough for this stem to qualify for having been made between the two world wars. There is, of course, a “GBD” on the shank. On the underside we see that the pipe is London made. The overall condition is good, with a bit of wear on the inner rim of the chamber. The stem is mark-free. The draw is open…important with a shank this long.
