An older Pot from the Lane era in excellent condition. The nomenclature is all crisp and clear (and, as I said, with the “L” designation). There are no marks on the stem and the “CP” logo is quite visible, with some of the white buffed away. Yes, there is some carbon coloring on the inner rim, but on a sandblast, that is inevitable on a used pipe. The inner rim is sharp…no wear. I will say, the stem, at the button is thin and narrow, so if you like a big, thick stem, this is not for you. Also, FYI, Charatan made their Pots in accordance with the tradition of having the bowl’s diameter greater than the bowl’s height. Not many did that.
