The pipe is a family era EL, with block letters. There are no shape numbers and I don’t think there ever were; there is very little in the way of nomenclature, but what is on the pipe is all intact. while the stem is original, and toothmark-free, the “Barling” is all but completely buffed off. The bowl, rim and chamber are in very good condition. It’s a Grp. 4 in size, or maybe a bit larger.
