Although no grade name has been given to the pipe, it was deemed good enough to get the silver “S” with a crown, plus a sterling silver band with the brand name stamped on it. The pipe is large enough to qualify as a Grp. 6 on the Dunhill chart, but to my eyes, it’s a large Grp. 5. The grain is good, I don’t see any obvious filters and the condition is near excellent, with the slightest spot of wear on the inner rim. It was made in Denmark.
