Although the bowl and stem are in immaculate, excellent condition, the nomenclature is really thin and difficult (for these old eyes, anyhow) to read. It’s a Grp. 5 with good cross grain and a gentle curve. There is little doubt that this is an old piece, made during Larsen’s best period, when their pipes had the same high status of only a few other brands.
