Although the pipe looks smallish, the bowl more than covers the Grp. 4 outline in Dunhill’s size template. The grain, as you can see, is close to spectacular. Probably because this pipe was made as a gift for a specific person (David Field’s wife Jan) it does not have Balleby’s name stamped on it, although it does have his old logo on the stem. The condition is excellent.
